Constitution Section B will address decrees of the Constitution of:

Neo-Protestant Temple of the Resurrection

o      New Canon Laws
o      Synod Laws
o      Religious and Ritual Decrees

Constitution Section C will extend and or accept letter of allies to: Imperial and Royal Houses, Churches, Governmental groups, Social groups, and Post a list of allies.

A detailed letter of Defense Decrees will be posted; in the event of war Subjects of the Imperial Sovereign House of Kings, the Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings, and the Imperial Temple of Kings Shall side with the Majority of Allies, unless Specifically Decreed otherwise by Czar Imperial GrandMaster.

Let it be further known that the Imperial Sovereign House of Kings, the Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings, and the Imperial Temple of Kings does not automatically deem a Nation, Group, or House enemy merely for not having a letter of allies or treaty Thereof with the house. They are merely deemed Neutral unless they attack the House, its Constitution, or its Membership.

Constitution Section D lists Ranks and Titles of the Members of the House, and Persons Granted title by Czar Imperial GrandMaster.

Let it be further known that the Imperial Sovereign House of Kings, the Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings, and the Imperial Temple of Kings and by Members of the Order with Fons Honorum, listed by Rank and Title.

Constitution Section E will be a section of Revisions when His Majesty Czar Imperial GrandMaster issues a new decree or revises a decree. It shall thereafter be added with signature or official seal.

Section A

[Preamble] Foreword to the Constitution

I, Darius Adrik Conrad Alexander Salvo Noto- Holstein- Kings, Sovereign of the Imperial Sovereign House of Kings, the Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings, and its dependencies, subjects of devotion, subjects of my Ancestral lines, and new subjects enjoining, Czar Imperial GrandMaster of the Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings, Founder of the New Born Temple - the Imperial Temple of Kings, after due consideration of the need to respond to the humanitarian needs of peace, justice and equality, promulgate, and ratify the first Constitution of the reofficiated and consolidated House of the Imperial Sovereign House of Kings and the Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings. The objective of this document is to assert this institution's purpose and function.

Chapter I The Institution

Article 1 [Definition]

a. The Imperial Sovereign House of Kings and Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings is a Dynastic Absolute Monarchy and Chivalric Order under the protection of the Sovereign Principality HIRM & DSS Czar Darius Adrik Conrad Alexander Salvo, His Sovereignty and Rule.

This is a Dynastic Order in which the Czar Imperial GrandMaster is and will always be the Sovereign Absolute Principality of the House of Kings, the Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings, the Imperial Temple of Kings, Named Territories, Acquired Properties, and All members of this institution are vassals and subjects of the Czar.

b. The institution will carry out operations that relate to aiding humanitarian needs and other chivalric duties. Citizens of the Sovereignty of the Unites States are commanded to adhere to the laws thereof except when and if civil war is evident; then members and subjects are to adhere only to the laws of the Czar Imperial GrandMaster and The Constitution of The Imperial Sovereign House of Kings, The Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings, and The Imperial Temple of Kings to be allied with the allies of the Czar.

Subjects whom are Citizens or subject of other Nations and Sovereigns are Commanded to abide by the laws of those nations except in War or Civil war, then Subjects are to obey the Command and rule of the Czar and be allied with the allies of the Czar, thereof the rule of the Principality and the Order is a hereditary and by Divine Right of Kings Absolute Monarchy, which is currently held by HIRM & DSS Darius Adrik Conrad Alexander Salvo , Czar Imperial GrandMaster.

Thenceforward it will pass to his eldest son, then sons in succession, then eldest daughter, then daughters in succession one generation after another forever, unless the Czar Imperial GrandMaster in his lifetime appoints a son other than his eldest son as successor, in accordance with the provisions of the Decree on inheritance stated in the following clause.

c. All provisions governing inheritance are regulated by Imperial Decree of the Czar Imperial GrandMaster, or if unavailable, by the article on the Succession Laws stated in the Constitution of the Imperial Sovereign House of Kings, the Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings, and the Imperial Temple of Kings.

d. All members of this institution are entitled to participate in affairs related to their given rank or by Order of their superiors.

e. Because subjects are commanded to abide by governing law of his/her own city, country, or nation, persons of all nations are welcome without conflict of interest or loyalties except if and/or when the subject’s country or nation is involved in Civil War or Government collapse. Then subjects are commanded and obligated to Czar Imperial GrandMaster and the Imperial Sovereign House of Kings and Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings.

The constitution thereof and or Special decree of Czar Imperial GrandMaster hereditary obligation when members by birth and blood or if Titled by Czar Imperial GrandMaster when such, then such members and subjects are to adhere only to the laws of the Czar Imperial GrandMaster, the Imperial Sovereign House of Kings, and the Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings.

The constitution thereof and or Special decree of Czar Imperial GrandMaster, and be allied with the allies of the Czar Imperial GrandMaster.

Article 2 [Official Language and Emblems]

a. The language to be used by the Order in its official documents will be English. Because of the diversity of the Order, the second official languages of the Order are Italian, French, Spanish, German, Russian and all other.

However, the second official languages must be translated to English for better understanding and vice versa when the occasion calls for it. Thereby all members of the Order must provide copy in English to accompany any document written in another language.

Members of the Imperial Sovereign House of Kings and the Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings Shall NOT Issue Public Statements on behalf of the House nor Order without the Imperial Sovereign House of Kings and the Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings approval, and the consent of the Czar Imperial GrandMaster, neither make commitments on behalf of the House nor Order without approval, and consent, of the Czar or his duly authorized Principalities.

b. The Imperial flag, emblem, symbols, and logos of the Imperial House of Kings are laid down by the Czar to his specifications.

No member or subject of the Imperial Sovereign House of Kings and the Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings shall alter nor make changes for public nor private usage without express consent of the Czar. Subjects and members may however create and submit artwork, logos, and designs to the Imperial Sovereign House of Kings and the Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings for approval.

If accepted they become property of the Imperial Sovereign House of Kings and the Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings. If unaccepted they may not be used nor made public by subjects nor members of the Imperial Sovereign House of Kings and the Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings.

Article 3 [Jurisdiction]

All members and parts of the Order are subject to the jurisdiction of the Laws of the Order and the Sovereign Principality, Czar Imperial GrandMaster of the Imperial Sovereign House of Kings, and the Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings.

Article 4 [The Czar Imperial GrandMaster]

The Czar Imperial GrandMaster is the head of the institution. The leadership is hereditary, and so will pass through his eldest son, unless stated otherwise by an Imperial Decree. The Sovereign Czar shall take the title and rank of Czar and Imperial GrandMaster. There can only be one Czar and Imperial GrandMaster in the entire Order. The Order is subject to the decrees of the Czar Imperial GrandMaster.

Article 5 [Invested Members]

Invested members admitted by the Order or their respective Grand Priors are included within the Order. A written confirmation of their acceptance into the Order by the Czar Imperial GrandMaster, especially if not present, will be considered an investiture. All invested members are permitted to use the title of Chevalier and the appropriate postnominals.

Article 6 [Honorary Members]

Those honored by the Czar Imperial GrandMaster as members of the Order without having to apply for membership are considered members of the Order. To receive an honorary membership to the Order is an honor from the Czar Imperial GrandMaster.

Article 7 [Ranks]

The following are the only 6 recognized classes and ranks, along with their sub ranks within the Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings in the Order starting with the highest and proceeding to the lowest rank:

a. Knight Superior of the Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings (the Czar Imperial GrandMaster)

Ø There can only be one person holding this rank; only the Sovereign Czar Imperial GrandMaster may hold this rank unless decreed otherwise.

b. Knight/Dame Imperial Grand Cross of the Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings

Ø Only members who have given the Order exceptional service may be included in this Class.

c. Knight/Dame Commander of the Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings

Ø This rank will be given to members who have demonstrated great leadership and service.

d. Knight/Dame Officer of the Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings

Ø This rank will be given to those who hold the rank of an officer in priories or the Supreme Council. This rank is divided into four sub classes. The following are ranked from highest to lowest:

i. Knight Officer of the Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings

§ This rank will be given to those who hold positions in the Supreme Council or those who hold other important positions.

ii. Colonel Knight Officer of the Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings

§ This rank will be given to those who head a Colonelcy branch of the Order.

iii. Captain Knight Officer of the Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings

§ This rank will be given to those who head a Captaincy branch of the Order.

iv. Lieutenant Knight Officer of the Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings

§ This rank will be given to those who head a Lieutenancy branch of the Order.

e. Knight/Dame of the Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings

Ø This rank will be given to those who have been invested and who have agreed to follow the laws of the Order and to carry out the Order's work.

f. Squire of the Order of the Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings

Ø This is the lowest rank of the Order. Those who have agreed to live by the principles of the Order but are not invested yet are allowed to use this title.

Article 9 [Chivalry]

Because this institution is a Chivalric Order, the Order must work and carry out its obligations according to the laws of chivalry found in Article 14 of this constitution. Members of the Order must act with chivalry, etiquette, gallantry and honor.

Article 10 [Peace]

One of the Order's most important functions is the spreading of peace around the world. Members of the Order must carry out their everyday life as Peacekeepers, and must do everything in their power and capability to achieve world peace.

The Order defines itself as an Army of Peace, using love and understanding as weapons to achieve global cooperation. Violence may only be used in defense when under attack or when there are no other possible means of resolve.

Article 11 [Charity]

Poverty is one of the reasons for the lack of peace. Therefore, the members of the Order must do something that can help the needy.

Article 12 [Social Improvement]

The Order must carry out actions that can contribute to the improvement of human society. Therefore, it should support cultural, scientific, and moral activities without entirely resting upon traditions, or traditions that prevent growth or development and tolerance of individuals or the whole.

Clergy of the Imperial Temple of Kings shall thereby Sanctify Marriages between consenting adults regardless of sexual orientation or gender, and honor the cultural beliefs including polygamy of other religions and cultures, where those cultures are mutually respectful, if they are of good character, and productive citizens of the human race forming or having formed those unions in good faith, love, respectfulness, and reverence to GOD.

THIS IS A CHRISTIAN ORDER not Catholic. Let it be further known that the original Orders of Christ sanctified both same sex unions and Polygamous unions until 340 A.D. thereby it is deemed it was not the Original Teaching of Christ to forbid nor judge against such unions.

It is stated clearly however that members of the Imperial Sovereign House of Kings and Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings must adhere to the laws of the country or nation that he or she resides in.

Sanctification are of Spiritual nature although Sanctified the state may not recognize these unions, members of the Order are permitted to take legal recourse for changes of such laws, but are commanded to do so non violently, respectfully, and legally.

All of Temple related issues Shall be hereafter addressed in Constitution Section B decrees of Constitution of the Imperial Temple of Kings, New Canon Laws, Synod Laws, and Religious and Ritual decrees.

Article 13 [Defense of the Weak]

As members are subject to the principles of chivalry, it is important to defend those who have been wronged, abused, rejected, shunned, and/or persecuted.

Article 14 [Revised Laws of Chivalry]

a. Thou shalt swear allegiance to, and defend the Czar Imperial GrandMaster his being, personage and his dynastic decree; this is a dynastic Order of chivalry.

Ø Because this Order is a chivalric dynastic Order, all members will pledge allegiance to His Imperial Royal Majesty and Divine Serene Sovereign Darius Adrik Salvo I, and Give Glory to the Czar Imperial GrandMaster and demonstrate themselves Honorable when representing Czar Imperial GrandMaster, the Imperial Sovereign House of Kings, the Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings or the Imperial Temple of Kings.

b. Thou shalt defend thy belief in God.

Ø The Order respects all faiths and creeds because the Order believes that the aims of all religions are to unite the people in their belief and unity will, in the future, give way to peace and harmony.

Ø However, those causing war, violence, or unprovoked attack[s] against an individual or nation in the name of GOD shalt be defended against.

Ø Indeed the Czar Imperial GrandMaster deems Muslims, Jews, and every one of all faiths Christian[s] if by virtue they demonstrate the Characteristics of Mercy, Compassion, Tolerance, Understanding, and Love. And, above all else Respects other Cultures and Religions

Ø Indeed the Czar Imperial GrandMaster Deems the affirmed Satanist or Pagan whom demonstrates these virtues is essentially more Christian then affirmed Christian whom Demonstrate Violence, lack of Mercy or Intolerance. "You know a tree by the fruit it bares" not the label put on it.

c. Thou shalt respect all weaknesses, and shalt constitute thyself the defender of them.

Ø The members of the Order must defend the weak and the oppressed.

d. Thou shalt only when attacked make war against the enemy without cessation, and without mercy in defense, but shall be merciful in victory as to heal the fallen enemy and reeducate.

Ø The Order must never stop attempting to fulfill its missions.

e. Thou shalt perform, scrupulously, thy duties to the Czar Imperial Grandmaster, the Imperial Sovereign House of Kings Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings and the Imperial Temple of Kings-Members of the Order must not forget their duties to God, the World, Humanity and the Order.

f. Thou shalt remain faithful to thy pledged word.

Ø When one promises, they must strive and do all they can to fulfill it.

g. Thou shalt be generous to others of your time and service, when possible financial benefactor to individuals, groups, schools and other social causes. You are cautioned to not over extend as to end up in dire financial distress. This adds only to the problem.

Chapter IV Establishments

Article 15 [The Supreme Council]

The Supreme Council of the Imperial Sovereign House of Kings and the Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings is formed by a group of officers who take charge of the Order's administration and internal workings. The following are the offices of the Supreme Council by rank:

a. Supreme Council Head

i. Office of the Czar Imperial GrandMaster of the Imperial Sovereign House of Kings, the Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings, and the Imperial Temple of Kings - Head of the Order.

b. Supreme Council Members

i. Office of the Grand Chancellor of the Supreme Council

§ Head of Government of the Supreme Council and reports to the GrandMaster.

ii. Office of the Deputy Grand Chancellor of the Supreme Council

§ Second in command of the Supreme Council.

iii. Office of the Grand Hospitaller of the Supreme Council

§ In charge of coordinating all the charitable works of the Order.

iv. Office of the Grand Exchequer of the Supreme Council

§ In charge of handling all the Supreme Council's Funds and Treasury.

v. Office of the Grand Auditor of the Supreme Council

§ Audits the Treasury of the Supreme Council.

vi. Office of the Grand Herald of the Supreme Council

§ In charge of public information and media.

vii. Grand Councilors

§ Knights/Dames who hold the rank of Knight/Dame Imperial Grand Cross. Similar to a parliament of a nation, they are the legislative assembly of the Order. They are also in charge of coordinating the priories and some serve as Regional Commanders who are assigned to several continents and watch over the affairs of the priories within the continent they are assigned. As the Order and House are an Absolute Monarchy, Czar Imperial GrandMaster acts also as PRIME MINISTER and ABSOLUTE SOVEREIGN. His word thereby shall be absolute and always supersede Grand Councilors when He, Czar Imperial GrandMaster deems it appropriate. Grand Councilors however shall be called upon to put forth their best and advise, put forth proposition and vote. Grand Councilors shall be summoned in all matters of eminent importance.

c. Supreme Council Committees

i. Goodwill Committee

§ A committee appointed to create or propose charitable projects and operations for the Order.

ii. Fundraising Committee

§ A committee in charge of finding ways to raise funds for the benefit of the projects of the Order.

d. Other Offices

i. Office of External Affairs

§ Supervises the Diplomatic Corps of the Imperial Sovereign House of Kings and Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings and deals with coordinating activities outside of the Order where the Order is involved.

ii. Office of Information, Protocol and Verification

§ Provides Information to those who request information about the Order and verifies the appointment of all officers and those titled and honored by Czar Imperial GrandMaster, the Imperial Sovereign House of Kings, the Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings, and the Imperial Temple of Kings.

Article 16 [Diplomatic Corps]

The Diplomatic Corps of the Sovereign Chivalric Order of the Imperial Sovereign House of Kings and Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings is a branch of the Order which deals with carrying out, but not limited to, diplomatic missions by the Czar Imperial GrandMaster or the Supreme Council of the Imperial Sovereign House of Kings and the Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings.

This branch of the Order was created particularly so that missions will be more official and clear not only inside the Order but also to the public. The Diplomatic Corps branch is under the supervision of the Office of External Affairs.

a. Diplomatic Corps Delegation-In countries where priories are not present and where priories nearby cannot carry out a certain mission Order, the Czar Imperial GrandMaster or Supreme Council may send out a delegation to officially represent the Order of the Imperial Sovereign House of Kings and Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings and carry out the task.

The members of the delegation must be members of the Order, regardless of rank, or Allied Parties with a decree of approval from Czar Imperial GrandMaster.

The delegation may contain any number of individuals so long as it will not be a burden to the Order or will not jeopardize the success of the mission.

b. Delegation Officers

i. Consul

§ Head of the delegation who shall have full control of the activities of the delegation.

ii. Vice Consul

§ Deputizes in the Consul's absence.

iii. Secretary

§ Officer who does general clerical and administrative work such as word-processing, filing, arranging appointments for the delegation.

c. Delegation Members

§ When a new member has been recruited, but has not yet been invested, especially in missions to establish priories, he/she can be a member of the delegation.

d. Consulate

§ A consulate is an official meeting place or a headquarters of the delegation. The delegation may hold all its activities connected to the Order within the consulate.

When naming a consulate, this format should be followed: Consulate of the Imperial Sovereign House of Kings and Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings (Full name of the country). When the mission is successful, the consulate may remain as it is or dissolved depending upon the decision of the authority that created the mission.

e. Mission Order

§ When sending a mission, a mission Order must be submitted to the members of the delegation and if possible, to the appropriate authorities in the area of operation.

The mission Order must include the starting members of the delegation and the delegation's head. It must request the delegates to be treated according to the Vienna Conventions of 1961 and 1963.

f. Authorized Missions to be Carried Out

i. Missions to Establish Priories

§ In missions where the objective is to establish active priories, the Consul may recruit new members and can act as an "Acting Grand Prior". He/she may accept new recruits into the Order but only as squires. All squires will automatically be Knights and Dames once the Consulate has been raised to the level of Grand Priory. The Consul will be Grand Prior but the newly elected or appointed priory officers will replace the rest of the temporary officers.

ii. Goodwill Missions

§ Missions where the Order has sent a delegation to perform a mission to carry out projects subscribing to the Order's principles are classified as Goodwill Missions.

iii. Miscellaneous Missions

§ Delegations officially sent to represent the Order in conferences or the like or do work for the Order in some way are classified as Miscellaneous Missions.

Article 17 [Priories]

A priory is a branch of the Order in a certain country that carries out the works of the Order. Knight/Dame Commanders head these priories. The following are the kinds of priories:

a. Grand Priory

§ A Grand Priory is the highest form of a branch that stands on a national level. If there is only one priory within a given country, the priory will have jurisdiction over all the establishments of the Order within that country.

The Grand Priory is headed by a Knight/Dame Commander or a higher rank and will assume the title of "Grand Prior". The Grand Prior acts on behalf of the Czar Imperial GrandMaster and is the representative of the GrandMaster in that country.

b. Virtual Priory

§ A Virtual Priory is a priory that exists only through the location of its members. A virtual priory is created to easily marshal its members. The head of this priory must be a Knight/Dame Commander. He/She will assume the title of "Head of the Virtual Priory of…“. The virtual priory is usually based in a national basis similar to a Grand Priory but without existing gatherings.

Article 18 [Branches of a Grand Priory]

There are three kinds of branches within a Grand Priory. All branches are subject to the jurisdiction of a Grand Priory. The following are ranked from highest to the lowest:

a. Colonelcy

§ Headed by a Colonel Knight Officer of the Imperial Sovereign House of Kings and Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings within a country and multiple regions of that country.

b. Captaincy

§ Headed by a Captain Knight Officer of the Imperial Sovereign House of Kings and Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings. This branch exists on a provincial basis within a specific region of a country.

c. Lieutenancy

§ Headed by a Lieutenant Knight Officer of the Order of Cravant. This branch exists on a citywide level within a province or county of a country.

Chapter V Powers

Article 19 [The Czar Imperial GrandMaster]

The Order and its constituents are subject to the decrees of The Czar Imperial GrandMaster.

Decree

Ø Since the entire Order is under the authority of the Czar Imperial GrandMaster, this official document in the form of letters or computer message must be made public and announced to all the members of the Order. Disrespect and neglect of Czar Imperial GrandMaster's decree would result in the appropriate punishment that will be decided by the Supreme Council.

Article 20 [Merits]

The Order understands the need to award those who have done exemplary service to the Order. The Czar Imperial GrandMaster merits to certain members, the Merit Committee, and the Grand Chancellor may give merits, or their superiors may recommend non-members to the Merit Committee. The following is the hierarchy of the merits given in the Order from the highest to the lowest:

a. Imperial Kings Cross of Chivalry

Ø Given to Knights and Dames of the Order who have done exceptional service to the Order even beyond the call of duty.

b. Imperial Cross of the Loyal

Ø Given exclusively by the Czar Imperial GrandMaster to those who have shown dedication and loyalty to Order.

c. Imperial Heart of the Eagle

Ø Given to those who have been injured while serving the Order.

d. Imperial Certificate of Honor

Ø Given to those who have demonstrated honor, the highest principle of chivalry.

e. Imperial Certificate of Devotion

Ø Given to those who have shown dedication in their work or while on a mission.

f. Imperial Star of World Honor

Ø Given to those who have worked for the social improvement.

Article 21 (Titles and Honors)

The Czar Imperial GrandMaster as Supreme Imperial Fons Honorum (Fount of Honor) and Font of the Imperial Sovereign House of Kings and the Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings, may by His decree Grant Title and Honors.

All Titles and Honors of HIH, HIM and HI&RM are reserved for blood relations, those in marital union with blood relations and Children adopted by His Majesty the Czar Imperial GrandMaster if He so chooses.

In Marriage wife or legal consort of His Majesty the Czar Imperial GrandMaster Shall automatically upon moment of completion of marital vows assume and be granted title of HIRH & DSH - His Imperial Royal Highness and Divine Serene Highness Princess of the House of Kings and Imperial Consort. The wife of the Czar Imperial GrandMaster shall not be granted Font nor Fons Honorum of the House, nor be in line of successions unless otherwise prior decreed by the Czar Imperial GrandMaster. The inheritance is passed on according to primogeniture, the principle of the first-born male, from the father to the eldest son, as long as the direct line of inheritance exists. In case that the direct line becomes extinct, the principle of primogeniture is re-established according to the order of birth among the Children of the last Monarch. This means that the order of birth among the children of the Monarch controls the order of their right to the Throne. In that sense there is no freedom of election or free will as such. In case of a formal abdication by any member of the Royal Family (regarding his position in the order of succession), that position is automatically transferred to the member of the Royal Family next in line according to the order of birth. Female heirs inherit in successions when male heirs have been exhausted. This procedure can be rearranged by the decision of the Monarch who has no immediate heirs.

Those Granted Title with Fons Honorum must adhere to the following when granting title or titles are void by the House. Upon Granting a title, the following must be submitted to the House for registry. This must contain the following: Letter via post or E-mail Signed by both Granter and Grantee with Date, List of All other titles the individual may hold, including Citizen of, PhD etc (ALL) Full name, surname, House name of individual if part of an existing House.

Means of contact, be it an e-mail address, mailing address or phone number. Individual Granted title must always provide means of contact to the house, hence if the information changes individual must send updated contact information to the House.

The individual is minded He or She is the Representative of the House and Shall act in proper manner in accordance with The Constitution of the Imperial Sovereign House of Kings, Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings and the Imperial Temple of Kings.

Titled granted will be revoked if Grantee does not adhere to Constitution or has provided false information. This letter need not be notarized as the House, not the government of outside state, validates title.

This letter is only for House Registry, and Title is deemed valid upon receipt Thereof; unless for some reason the Czar Imperial GrandMaster deems Grantee unfit or to be part of a Group or association that is anti the decrees of the Constitution of the Imperial Sovereign House of Kings, the Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings, or the Imperial Temple of Kings; in which case Grantee will be issued a notice from the Imperial Sovereign House of Kings, the Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings, or the Imperial Temple of Kings which may either inform the individual that title will not be Granted or request information before title is Granted.

a. Titles and Honors Granted by the Czar Imperial GrandMaster may be:

i. Issued for life of the individual or to the individual for infinitum thereby inheritable by the progeny of the individual.

ii. Titles may be with Full Fons Honorum, Partial Fons Honorum, or Minor Fons Honorum.

b. Full Fons Honorum

Ø The Individual granted Full Fons Honorum may grant all titles below his or her own rank to others in accordance with the Constitution of the Imperial Sovereign House of Kings and the Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings for life or infinitum.

c. Lifetime Fons Honorum

Ø The Individual may grant only titles below his or her own rank as decreed by the Czar Imperial GrandMaster or after consulting with the Czar Imperial GrandMaster with approval these titles are only for life and may not be passed down unless specifically decreed by the Czar Imperial GrandMaster.

d. Minor Fons Honorum types are Granted by the Czar Imperial GrandMaster

i. Full Minor Fons Honorum

§ This allows the individual to Grant title of Count - Countess and lower as infinitum titles which may be passed down to Progeny, to Knight freely.

ii. Minor Fons Honorum

§ This allows the individual to Grant title of Count - Countess and lower for life titles which may not be passed down, to Knight freely.

No Member of the Imperial Sovereign House of Kings and Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings SHALL SELL NOR TRANSFER HIS/ HER TITLE except as passed down to his/her children were specified any attempt to do so and the Title granted shall be considered voided.

The list below is the ranking system of titles that may be granted by the Czar Imperial GrandMaster, no other Titles or Styling will be granted, unless by special decree.

Misuse of titles or acting against the decrees of this constitution, against the Imperial Family of the Imperial Sovereign House of Kings, Imperial Chivalric Order of Kings, the Imperial Sovereign Temple of Kings or against His Imperial Majesty the Czar Imperial GrandMaster will cause the granted titles and/ or granted Minor Fons Honorum to be void.

Ø Imperial King/Queen titled as [HERH].

Ø Only four of this Title/Styling will be granted by the Czar Imperial GrandMaster.

Ø King & Queen titled as [HI&RH] and/or [HI&RM], and four as [HERH].

Ø Grand Duke & Grand Duchess titled as [HIH], [HIM], [HI&RH], and/or [HI&RM].

Ø Archduke & Archduchess / Prince & Princess titled as [HIH], [HH], and/or [HSH].

Ø Infante & Infanta / Duke & Duchess / Marquess & Marchioness / Marquis & Marquise / Margrave & Margravine / Count/Earl & Countess / Viscount & Viscountess / Baron & Baroness.

Ø These will only be used by appointment only.

Title of Lord/Lady: this is generally a title used only in the United Kingdom. Landowners in the United Kingdom may register as a Lord or Lady with the House of Lords. It is also a conjunctive title used with other titles such as Lord Mayor. In the Imperial Sovereign House of Kings, anyone titled from Marquis down to Baron or Knighted Sir/Dame may use Lord or Lady in conjunction with, or instead of, appointed title. Dukes and above shall use title as granted, unless also knighted then he or she may use both.

Grand Duke/Grand Duchess and Archduke/Archduchess of the Imperial Sovereign House of Kings may also use the title of Prince/Princess. Only my Heirs by blood in proper successions or appointed Heir by direct decree may use Crown Prince/Princess.

Article 22 Territory

The Czar Imperial GrandMaster currently holds neither Legal Territory nor Nation, except by birthright. If His Majesty, the Czar Imperial GrandMaster is at any point in time awarded reparations of Ancestral Lands, those titled may be appointed territories to rule as Vassal Kings, except for the 4 Titles of [ HERH ] which will be granted temporal sovereignty which is void if they break the laws of this constitution.

If the Czar Imperial GrandMaster's Ancestral Lands, Territories, Nations are in complete collapse of Government and Rule, then the Czar Imperial GrandMaster by Special decree may seek to Retake those Ancestral Lands, Territories, and/or Nations. A complete list of these Lands and Territories shall be recorded and Issued in an Appendix.
